On the shores of Lake Bunyonyi, 7 km from Kabale Town. We can arrange a private boat transfer from the mainland.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange transfers from Kigali International Airport (Rwanda) or Entebbe International Airport (Uganda). Please contact us with your flight details and we'll take care of the rest.
Is there Wi-Fi on the island?
We believe in disconnecting to reconnect, but we do provide complimentary Wi-Fi in the main lodge and restaurant areas for your convenience.
What should I pack?
Warm clothing for the evenings — it can get beautifully chilly by the lake. Comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, a light rain jacket, and of course, your camera.
What is the best time of year to visit?
Lake Bunyonyi is stunning year-round. The drier months of June–August and December–February are especially popular for outdoor activities and gorilla trekking.
