About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of room attendants and housekeepers, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet our strict quality standards.

Requirements

• - Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping (hotel/resort environment)
• - At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• - Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
• - Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills
• - Leadership and team management abilities
• - Attention to detail and high quality standards
• - Good communication skills in English
• - Physical fitness and stamina
• - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• - Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
• - Problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• - Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities
• - Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards
• - Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and standards
• - Create work schedules and assign daily tasks
• - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
• - Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• - Coordinate with front desk for room status updates
• - Maintain housekeeping equipment and report maintenance issues
• - Conduct regular quality checks and performance evaluations
• - Implement and enforce housekeeping policies
• - Order supplies and manage housekeeping budget
